At Mr. Watt Electrical, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated in the product description.
What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Products that fail due to manufacturing faults.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Accidental damage, misuse or abuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by modification or repair by an unauthorised person.

Our warranty is an express warranty provided by Mr. Watt Electrical. It is designed to give you extra peace of mind in addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
