Shipping & Pickup
We want getting your order to be easy. Here’s how shipping and local pick up works.
Pick up your order
Prefer to collect your order? We offer local pick up from Opaheke, South Auckland. Choose the pick-up option at checkout and the address for pickup will be included in your confirmation email so you can arrange a pickup time.
Orders are usually ready the same day, including weekends. Pick up is available 7 days a week, 8am–8pm. Need a different time? No worries - we can usually make it work.
Please wait for confirmation before coming, as your order might not be ready otherwise.
Shipping costs
We offer flat-rate shipping, with an additional $6 for rural or island addresses. Orders over $50 ship free, wherever you live, regardless of what you order. You can also add signature-required delivery for $2 at checkout.
Auckland: Standard $5
Rest of North Island: Standard $6
South Island: Standard $8
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in New Zealand, including offshore locations like the Chatham Islands.
How we deliver
Orders go via Aramex or NZ Post. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping time frames
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Offshore islands: 3–7 business days
These are estimates and can vary with courier delays or public holidays.
Order processing
Most orders are packed and shipped the same day when ordered before 3pm. We ship 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Occasionally, processing may roll over to the next business day.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video. Once the courier confirms the issue, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
Claims after two weeks cannot be refunded. Refunds due to circumstances beyond our control (wrong shipping details, refusal to pay extra fees) may have transaction fees deducted.
If you return an item as faulty but no fault is found, we’ll happily send it back (or provide a replacement for peace of mind), but all shipping costs to and from you will be your responsibility.
