Welcome to Mr Watt Electrical, a trading name of Clix Concepts. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Mr Watt Electrical ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Clix Concepts, based in Auckland, New Zealand. All sales are made and managed by Clix Concepts.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example due to stock or pricing errors, multiple orders from resellers, or unusual ordering activity. If this happens, we’ll refund you in full.
4. Prices and GST
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You authorise us or our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for your order total. Prices and promotions may change at any time.
5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
We ship within New Zealand. Delivery time frames are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered to the address you provided. If something goes wrong in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in line with NZ consumer law.
6. Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
